Click to super-size!

Hi everyone! We’re having our first event, the 6n4 Gauntlet, this Friday October 9th at 5:00 PM in BSB-B120 EDIT: It is in BSB-120, not the basement.
The 6n4 Gauntlet is a tournament where each round will be a randomly decided game from the following list of Nintendo 64 games:

  • Diddy Kong Racing
  • Mario Kart 64
  • Goldeneye
  • Super Smash Bros
  • Perfect Dark
  • Super Mario 64

Each game will be a 4-player match with a specific objective and time limit. Bring your own controller if you don’t trust in any plastic that isn’t yours. You can come and hang out for free — bring your portable systems and we’ll play some multiplayer games before and during the tournament. If you want to try your hand at the tournament, it’s a $3 donation to enter, and the winner will take home half of the proceedings. The rest will go to the MDGG for future events.

Hope to see you guys there!

Starcraft_logo

Hey everybody!

This week’s game night will feature Starcraft (Brood War). We’ll meet at about 8:30 pm on Sunday in the Battle.net East channel “MDGG“. After we figure out who can host, we might either play some custom maps or we’ll have an actual game. If I’m forgetting anything about how Starcraft works, or if you have any questions/opinions, drop them in the comments below.
